Sheep meadow
2023
When I lived in Chicago, I used to call my friend in New York once a week. Same day, same time, same ritual. She always made sure to be in Sheep Meadow, her calmest spot in New York city, and the perfect place for our conversations. While we spoke, she would observe the people around her and photograph them. Woven together with our conversations, feelings, and the things we were going through at the time, those phone calls eventually became this little red book.
